I have been in practice since 1988. I offer an eclectic range of hands on modalities that address the craniosacral, myofascial, visceral and lymphatic systems as well as the musculature. The touch can vary from the lightest energetic work to deeper tissue work depending on a persons' needs at the time of the appointment. My emphasis is on how we live in our bodies, and the work can be considered a resource for building the capacity for pleasure and ease in our embodiment. Somatic Experiencing deeply informs all of the work. I also offer phone and online sessions, to teach people how to deepen their ability to live in their skin and navigate whatever material they may be working on with a feeling of more center and ground.
