My practice is to holistically support the individual on their healing path through trauma informed bodywork, yoga and coaching. My focus is on those that are experiencing depression, anxiety, apathy, self abandonment or just feel stuck in various aspects of their life. I support individuals in restoring a sense of wholeness and connectedness with life force energy. Chronic stress, developmental trauma, sudden shock traumas such as motor vehicle accidents or major surgeries can have major affects on our physiology and mental health. We, as in our body and nervous system create coping strategies to help us survive, through our work together we expand the places where we not only are surviving but thriving and can embody the innate aliveness of our being.
