Welcome to Restore Resilience Therapy! I blend my forty years of experience as a physical therapist and somatic psychotherapist to address how injuries, trauma and stress impact both physical and mental health. I am a firm believer that our minds and bodies are intricately interconnected, and deeper healing is possible when we include the whole of our experience. Our bodies and spirits have remarkable inherent wisdom, if we simply slow down long enough to listen.
I have advanced training and experience in craniosacral therapy (30 years), birth/prenatal trauma, concussions (traumatic brain injury) and attachment. My passion is in helping my clients to find more ease in their bodies, peace of mind and joy and connection in relationships. The ultimate goal is to help you restore inner resilience on all levels, so that you can navigate and weather the storms of life, like a sailboat on the ocean, and you will travel far, while enjoying the views!
