My psychotherapy practice focuses on individuals in transition who seek balance, wholeness and healing. I provide individual therapy to adults and couples in any place on their journey towards hope and healing, whether just beginning the healing process or further on their path. My areas of specialty include divorce recovery and managing other life transitions, healing from trauma, and the depression or anxiety that often accompany each of these life challenges. I have experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques designed to help clients achieve their individual goals. These include traditional talk therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, radical acceptance, and mindfulness work. For my work with couples I use Stan Tatkin's model, Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT).
