As a mental health counselor, I am passionate about facilitating wellbeing. My hope is to help people live free--free to discover and reach their potential. I integrate Somatic Experiencing with Gestalt theory, which is a holistic, integrative perspective that considers mind, body, spirit, and your environment. Through traditional talk therapy and creative, experiential, body-centered methods, I will help you build awareness of your unique adaptations to your environment to allow a natural shift to healthier and more fulfilling responses to life. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness, Relational Cultural, Cognitive Behavioral, Emotion Focused, Family Systems, and couples theories, along with wellness assessments. We will work together toward your well-being, including calming anxiety, lifting depression, transforming impeding habits, healing trauma, and creating fulfillment.
