I am an enthusiastic, caring and sensitive practitioner, team player and leader with over 10 years of experience working in violence prevention and reduction in conflict zones with youth, women, vulnerable populations dealing with trauma and highly insecure environments. I am passionate about how personal and collective trauma-healing restores connections, and promotes resilience and safety.
I am a fierce advocate for better staff care of humanitarian workers, as I believe that serving vulnerable populations meaningfully and effectively stems from our own welfare.
I seek to help frontline humanitarians, first-responders and carers to enhance their capacity to face the unique challenges they face, prevent and/or recover from burnout, vicarious trauma as well as providing them with tools to apply in highly stressful situations.
Sessions available in English, Spanish and French.
