Martha Brandt, LPC-S, SEP

Psychotherapist/Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor

I am an integrative, seasoned psychotherapist with many years of experience in both public and private settings.  I combine Somatic Experiencing with other advanced modalities in which I am proficient, including Dynamic Attachment Repatterning (Poole-Heller),  Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (Fosha), Internal Family Systems (Schwartz), and Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (Tatkin). My specialties include treating Anxiety and Depression, Complex and Developmental Trauma, Childhood Abuse and Emotional Neglect, Adult Children and Partners of those with Addiction and Mental Health Challenges, Relationship Issues, Psychological Components of Chronic Health Concerns, Difficult Life Transitions and Identity Crises. I aim to address my clients' concerns in the domains of body, mind, and spirit and have found that exploring and weaving connections between these levels of experience leads to deep and lasting healing and growth.
