For more than 30 years I have been studying and practicing physical, psychological and emotional healing. As a licensed massage therapist (since 1991) and a licensed professional counselor (since 2004), I am a strong believer in the body mind connection and help individual adults, couples and groups to explore that connection in the process of healing their trauma and physical/emotional pain. I am trained in and utilize Post Induction Therapy (The Meadows Model by Pia Mellody), Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Bodywork and Somatic Education (BASE) to facilitate awareness and change for clients. I am also an approved session provider at the beginning level and an approved teaching assist at all levels.
