Michele L. Blume

SE™ Practitioner

In my therapeutic practice, I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Bodywork and traditional talk therapy to help you discover and work through that which interferes with your creativity, intimacy, and sense of purpose.
In my work with you, I am invested in establishing a safe, supportive and truthful connection aimed at working through underlying psychological and physiological issues that have caused you emotional pain, perpetuated self-defeating behaviors, and trapped you in inauthentic roles. From your commitment to the therapeutic process, you can come to experience deeper intimacy in relationships, increased self-esteem and confidence, and greater joy and pleasure in living.
I work with a diverse range of issues, but have a particular specialization in: eating disorders, survivors of childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and loss and grief. I also work with adults, adolescents, and couples.
