Michelle Rincon

Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Sandplay Therapist (SP), and a student of Diane Poole Heller's DARe attachment work. She holds a certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Michelle is passionate about enriching peoples’ lives so they can connect to themselves and others in more authentic and compassionate ways, and she is dedicated to gently guiding her clients towards their own innate wisdom and strengths. Michelle received her Master's Degree with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacific Graduate Institute, and in her work she weaves together her Jungian background with somatic awareness. She specializes in trauma resolution, including PTSD, developmental trauma, complex trauma, and intergenerational trauma. She also works with people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or any other life transition. Michelle has a passion for sorting out human relationships, supporting individuals (3 years old to 103!), couples, and families to help them organize problems and gain deeper personal and relational understanding. Michelle is inspired by the many people who come into her office facing and overcoming painful challenges to find a lasting sense of well-being and inner freedom.

Please visit her website if you would like to learn more about how she works or if you would like to schedule an appointment by email or phone. Complimentary 20-minute phone consultation.
