Thank you for visiting my profile! You are here because you believe in your inner capacity to regain your true self! Allow me to join you in your healing path!

This may be an overwhelming time for you. I am honored to collaborate with you and support you in regaining your inner peace! My approach is strength-based. I genuinely believe that you and I have an innate ability to heal!

I am a seasoned trauma therapist with 10 years of rich experience. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, a specialized degree called the Assaulted Women & Children's Counsellor, and Master's degree in Counselling Psychology. I have been supporting widely diverse individuals (children, adolescents, adults, & seniors), with a variety of mental health issues i.e. trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, & relationship issues.

I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space so you can thrive and reach your potential. I adopt an eclectic approach and draw from evidence-based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to name a few.
