Trauma is a beast: learned helplessness, hypervigilance, and chronic dissociation are just a few of the many difficulties that go hand-in-hand with trauma and attachment wounding. Yet this is not a life sentence, especially for those willing to do the work. Whether you are in need of grounding and stabilization or ready to dive into deeper processing, we will create a warm, contained space for healing. No matter where you are on this healing path though, I am certain that beyond it an empowered, connected, and gratifying life awaits.

In session, I am mindful of a client’s capacity, boundaries, and felt sense of safety as markers to guide our pace. My approach can vary from directive processes to simply holding space for a fellow human. My background is rooted in both creativity and psychology, so my practice is grounded in intuition, somatic resonance, and co-created improvisation and play. I am deeply passionate about this work and here to support your emergence in every way I can. Together we will find what works for you and what doesn’t. In this safe container, your true self will shine through and receive the support and attunement it always deserved.

You may be in a very hurt place right now, yet there is freedom on the other side of this. Increased feelings of safety, calm, and connectedness often come with doing this work. I know this is a hard choice. But if you’re willing to take the first step, your courage will be rewarded on the path to healing.
