Sometimes our life experiences cause us to lose connection with our wholeness. In these unprecedented times as we take in too much, too soon, too fast, our systems can understandably get overwhelmed. If you are feeling that sense of loss and disconnection, you are not alone.

I believe that we are all naturally resilient, creative, and whole. When life throws us curve balls that knock us off center, it can be helpful to have a partner to walk with us as we find our way back. I would love to help you reconnect with your center.

Mindfulness and body wisdom ground my work. Using the tools of somatic experiencing as well as my experiences as a mental health clinician, I will work collaboratively with you to help you cultivate the natural resources within you to stabilize and attune to your wholeness.
