I work with individuals (18+) and adults in diverse relationship structures (i.e. monogamous to non-monogamous). As a body-oriented psychotherapist, I’ve come to understand it’s a different path for each person when working with your nervous system and becoming aware of patterns and body management strategies and the possibility of re-patterning and more ease. I take into consideration your experiences with systems and intergenerational and how they may impact the relationship to your inner landscape.
I incorporate mind-body practices: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and trauma-informed yoga. Areas I have supported clients with: overwhelm, stress, anxiety, depression, boundary & relationship challenges, communication, emotional regulation, trauma, grief, life transitions, and exploring their sexuality, identities & relationship diverse structure.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, non-judgmental, informed-consent, and person-centered while drawing upon an intersectional lens to honor each unique human where you are seen, heard, and feel like you matter. I believe in supporting clients to lead as you are the expert of your lived experiences while collaborating and at times challenging you on your reblooming journey.
I offer virtual, in-person, and hybrid (i.e. virtual every other week, in-person every other week). Clients appreciate having a range of options depending on what they need from session to session, month to month, or in general. The process, pace, and timing vary for each person.
If you are curious to explore if I would be the right support in this season of your life, I invite you to reach out with questions and/or schedule a 15-minute consultation over the phone or Zoom. I look forward to meeting you.
