I have extensive experience working with adults & adolescents. I worked as a therapist and clinical supervisor for the County of Los Angeles, Department of Mental Health for over 9 years. I have come across an enormous diversity of people living with everything from severe chronic mental illness to those who are grieving over the loss of a loved one.
My style is to support you getting into action in your life. I help you work toward goals, clarify options where you feel stuck and teach you how to identify the wealth of information the body reveals. I enjoy creating growth opportunities by helping you learn more about who you are, what stops you, & how to break unhelpful patterns using a mind-body approach. I do also incorporate SE Touch when it can further treatment.
