I’m a somatic therapist, loving momma of two, and movement teacher, with a grounded and practical approach. I have been practicing and teaching body based healing practices for more than 10 years, including meditation, trauma-sensitive yoga, and body based psychotherapy. I create a sacred container for intentional listening of voice, movement and existence. You deserve more space for your individuality to be seen and celebrated. And for the support you need to heal and grow.
My mind-body approach is mindful and intuitive. I guide various somatic techniques, nervous system education, somatic based EMDR and body practices. You’ll release tension, trauma, and emotional blockages, allowing you to find balance and restoration.
I perceive the term "healing" as an empowering notion that involves acknowledging and embracing our authentic selves beyond the influence of culture and past experiences. My approach entails facilitating a gradual journey towards the ability to live and love consciously, embracing our inner wholeness and moving through the world more connected. I'm offering virtual sessions for residents of North Carolina and in person sessions at my office in downtown Asheville, NC.
