Rebecka Casto

My name is Rebecka Casto.  I am a Somatic Psychotherapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor.   My approach is integrative (body, mind, spirit), and attachment-based (relationship-based).  I have been assisting and supporting children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings for over fifteen years.  Through deep listening, accepting compassion, and attunement to the body’s nervous system, I help clients discover wisdom from within, facilitating healing and the creation of balance, union, and resilience in their lives. Merging Western psychology and Eastern philosophy, I draw from extensive resources to customize healing for clients’ unique needs.  I offer a deep and expansive container in which it is safe and comforting for all ages to open and share that which wants to be heard, felt, understood, and healed.

I primarily utilize Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Resilience and Regulation (table work to promote healing from developmental trauma), but I also weave in Jungian Psychology, Mindfulness, and other modalities.  I currently work with adults only.
