I am authentic, intuitive, and empathic in everything I do; my name is Rick Cazzell, and working with my clients, I help them become more self-aware, have more balance in life, and learn to survive and thrive using their embodied selves.

Do you sometimes feel anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed, and are those feelings stopping you from living your best life? Maybe these feelings are expressed as rage, wanting to run away, or just disconnecting from friends and family. Maybe you don't even know why you feel the way you do or what triggers these feelings, keeping you from fully embracing your authentic self. I can help as I have been a coach and added Somatic Experiencing and Attachment Theory in 2017.

During our sessions, when needed, I combine my attachment training to combine these two complementary modalities into my sessions, allowing both the nervous and attachment systems to heal. The body is resilient, and normally it can heal itself. However, sometimes we get pushed outside our comfort zone, also known as our window of tolerance, disrupting our natural flow. I work with my clients by creating a safe space to reset, heal, and restore that natural flow while expanding a person's window of tolerance. You will find that.

Healthy regards,

Rick

Please note: I accept only privately paid clients and do not accept any insurance.
