Hello! I have been a Registered Yoga Instructor since 2014, later completing a trauma-informed yoga intensive with Connection Coalition. This led me to SE and I started training with SEI in 2019, completed my SEP certification in early 2023, and began assisting with the Kansas City training cohort in 2023. I teach Yoga and SE Mindfulness and Movement classes and have been seeing clients in Lawrence, the KC area, and online since 2022. I also enjoy making art, farming & gardening, herbalism, activism, and traveling, all of which have overlapping therapeutic benefits that have informed my path. Hablo español.
