As therapeutic support, I provide the training and skills, but I believe you are the expert in your own life. I combine my knowledge as an Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) to offer a unique approach to sessions. I provide a curious and accepting space to lean into what comes up and to slow down each moment so we can listen more deeply, sometimes through the body’s cues, sometimes through artistic expression, and more often through both at the same time.
My goal is to assist you in increasing your capacity to experience and manage your life as it arises, and to feel more trusting of your own nervous system and intuition. In growing your ability to be ok in each moment, you can be more present for the joys and challenges that show up while creating a more conscious and joy-filled life. Together we allow your system to show us the path to healing.
