I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I offer an integrative healing approach by incorporating movement with talk which leads to a greater healing experience.  My work is currently with folks experiencing chronic pain, medical/surgical challenges, people in recovery from addictions, and challenges with relational and birth trauma. It is with deep appreciation and honor that I do this healing work.
