Sarah Ross

I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in Berkeley, CA working with women. I have a strong background in attachment and family therapy, and work with children and families, that gives me a keen understanding of the foundation for relating to self and others that is formed in the early years of life. This in informs my ability to work with adults, to accept and shift "old scripts," that no longer serve present functioning. I use Somatic Experiencing to address the ways our physiology keeps us "hooked" in old ways of functioning, like a broken record, to support deeper shifts into present relating.
