A Helping Hand

At A Helping Hand my goal is to provide healing and change for all individuals, couples and families who desire self-improvement and the restoration of hope. I work with clients to collectively identify obstacles that may be hindering their progress, and help them to find solutions that will help them gain control over these issues, and make the changes that will move them towards a more fulfilling life. The reasons that individuals, couples, or families seek therapy, are numerous. They range from a desire for growth and self-improvement, to dealing with trauma, addictions or severe family illness. Listed below are a few questions to ask yourself if you are considering entering therapy or counseling.

I provide an environment that is compassionate and non-judgmental. I offer systemic and integrated counseling to individuals, couples and families that are focused on solutions.
