We all have our own unique paths that lead us to embark upon this healing journey. It takes courage and insight to step into a space where change is possible. I have also navigated life's many twists and turns, with support, and have found Somatic Experiencing to be one of the most impactful modalities in my own healing process. It helped me to process difficult emotions, heal from a health crisis, build a deeper capacity to regulate my own nervous system and feel more empowered in handling life's inevitabilities. This ignited my desire to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for others to do the same.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Somatic Psychotherapist, I have a holistic approach to healing and offer a wide range of therapeutic modalities in my professional practice. Whether you're working through personal or historical trauma, relationship difficulties or burnout; I believe it's important to understand the beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck, have a space for the energy to move through the body and provide an avenue for more enjoyment in your relationships and life's moments in the day-to-day.

I offer in-person and online sessions for individuals and include resiliency tools that can be used at home, towards deepening the therapeutic process - as the impactful, lasting change happens in real life!
