I was introduced to Somatic Experiencing (SE) as a client first. I came in with panic attacks, PTSD, flashbacks, anxiety, etc. My body was speaking to me I just didn't know it at the time. I experienced the transformational power and knew I wanted to help others have their own transformational experience with SE.

There is hope. It is time to do more than just survive. It is time to thrive!
