Tanya Dantus

Somatic & Depth Psychotherapist | Specializing in Women's Empowerment, BIPOC & Intersectional Identities, Multigenerational & Attachment Trauma

Hello, my name is Tanya. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) offering therapy for ambitious, highly sensitive women who want to stop saying “yes” when they mean “no,” set loving boundaries, claim their voice, and live more authentically.

I specialize in working with women navigating the layered impact of systemic oppression, racial and ancestral trauma, identity wounds, and attachment injuries. Many of my clients are BIPOC, mixed-heritage, or part of historically persecuted communities—including Jewish clients—seeking healing, integration, and empowerment.

My clinical focus includes Women’s Empowerment, Developmental Trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, Addiction & Recovery (including love addiction), and spiritual-embodied growth. My work acknowledges the lived experience of systemic trauma, anti-Semitism, and intergenerational wounding, with a commitment to justice, dignity, and compassion for all.

I offer a deeply collaborative and respectful process—never top-down. My practice is inspired by my own healing path, which means I show up not as an expert “fixing” you, but as a skilled, attuned guide walking beside you. My presence is steady, intuitive, and informed by years of experience in Somatic Experiencing®, Depth Psychology, and relational therapy.

I’m licensed in California, Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona and offer virtual sessions and limited in-person availability. I intentionally keep a small caseload so I can be fully present with each client.

If you’re ready to shift old patterns, embody your truth, and reclaim your wholeness, I’d be honored to support you.
