I have worked in the Mental Health field since 1984 during which time I completed my Master's in Social Work with a Specialization in Families and Children.

As a psychotherapist I enjoy providing psychotherapy for adults, children and families. I have a special interests in trauma, relationships, health and resilience. After earning my MSW (1992),  I completed a 2 year apprenticeship in Conscious Living in 2004; and completed requirements for certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with SETI in 2010. My Post Advanced trainings include: Touch Skills Training with Kathy Kain (2012);  Integral Somatic Psychotherapy with Raja Selvam (3/2016);  DARe trainings with Diane Poole Heller completed 3/2016; and Eye if the Needle with Peter Levine in 2019.  I have a deep appreciation for the improved regulation and healing that is made possible through Somatic Experiencing.
