Tracy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado and holds a Master's degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University. Utilizing mindfulness based practices and orienting around the belief in our intrinsic wholeness, Tracy looks forward to assisting clients in discovering their obstacles as well as their brilliance.

A licensed massage therapist since 2001 and advanced student of Somatic Experiencing, Tracy brings to her practice of psychotherapy a curiosity in the language of the body.
