Tracy Einstein (she/her/hers), M.AmSAT, is a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher and a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner with over a decade of experience in somatic modalities. She's on faculty at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Balance Arts Center for the Alexander Technique where she's worked for the last 7 years with pre-professional actors to self-regulate and expand their emotional and imaginative capacities.

Tracy uses somatic Education and therapeutic touch work to support clients in learning to self-regulate, renegotiate traumatic injuries, and build capacity for feeling the whole spectrum of the human experience with non-judgmental compassion.

She enjoys working with children, teens, young adults, and adults.
