Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor & Somatic Psychotherapist

Tele-mentalhealth and executive coaching offerings include somatic approaches to trauma resolution,  improved health, and general well-being. I especially enjoy helping people of all ages navigate significant life transitions. I work with those recovering from accidents, along with preparing for and post recovery from surgical procedures. Additionally, I work with athletes of all skill levels, including those recovering from injury or seeking to address performance outcomes. Professional accomplishments make me a good fit in supporting amateur or professional equestrians. I also offer equine assisted therapy & learning workshops. I am able to help first responders and their families navigate work stressors, including dealing with grief or loss. The neurobiological approach of Somatic Experiencing is a method that aids clients coping with chronic physical stress and those needing to restore nervous system balance.

Approved personal session provider for Beginning students and Advanced Training Assistant. Approved Assistant and session provider for EquusSoma.
