Trauma physiology support in somatosensory disorders, anxiety/depression, PTSD/CPTSD, developmental trauma, Post COVID Syndrome, chronic illness, workplace toxic stress/trauma, in-patient psychiatric mental health, betrayal trauma, sport/rehabilitation traumas, and metabolic/autoimmune disorders in group or private sessions.  Pursuing undergrad Psychology degree with a concentration in Somatic and Developmental Trauma.  I work along licensed mental health/medical/rehab professional referrals for client adjunct support.

I offer space for clients to begin their exploration process in embodied-based curiosity towards attaining vitality in their lives. My passion is to offer service to marginalized and underserved populations journeying towards trauma resolution. I am an approved SEI Beginning/Intermediate/Advanced Training Assistant, and SEI Approved Beginning/Intermediate Personal Session credit provider.
