I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), trauma-informed yoga educator, and mindfulness instructor with over a decade of experience helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and heal from the impacts of trauma. My approach is grounded in Somatic Experiencing, an evidence-based modality that gently supports the body’s innate capacity to process and release stored stress and trauma.
For the past 10 years, I have been recognized as one of the most sought-after yoga instructors in my community, known for my dynamic, intelligent, and fluid teaching style. As I transition from running a popular yoga studio into private SE practice, my focus is on providing one-on-one somatic therapy sessions while continuing to integrate mindful movement and breathwork as tools for resilience and self-regulation.
My work is deeply informed by my own journey of healing, and I bring warmth, attunement, and a practical, down-to-earth approach to each session. Whether you are navigating anxiety, PTSD, chronic stress, or a history of addiction, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore, integrate, and reclaim a sense of ease and embodiment.
I am currently accepting new clients for Somatic Experiencing sessions, both in-person and online.
