Bianca Baciu

I am a Somatic Therapist, Educator, and Reiki Master, and hold a Doctorate in classical piano performance. With over twenty years of experience in trauma healing, I have created unique trauma-attuned somatic models to facilitate stress and trauma renegotiation for youth and adults.

My professional background brings together Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Parts Work, Body Mapping, Body - Mind Centering®, Applied Polyvagal Theory, Transforming Touch® and other somatic and sound-based models. I have completed advanced developmental trauma training with Kathy Kain, developmental trauma-attuned touch work with Stephen Terrell, and relational trauma, out-of-body/near-death experience training with Dave Berger.

Drawing on collective knowledge, history and endless curiosity, I have developed new playgrounds within well-established structures:

-Vision Somatics™, a healing model that draws on Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Parts Work, Jungian psychology, archetype study, and eye work. Archetype study as a self-inquiry tool has deep potential to bring forth elements of the collective unconscious that are relevant to one's healing journey, especially in non-verbal trauma work. If you feel drawn to archetype and body work, our sessions will explore the significance that collective patterns and symbols hold for you on your healing journey. This modality supports work with energy patterns we store  around our own bodies, body systems and organs. 

-Conditioning for Performing Artists™, a model that offers somatic practices for healthy flow, efficient movement, injury prevention and trauma healing for performers.

Our experiential sessions will offer rich journeys towards enhanced neuroception, transformation and healing.
