Somatic Spiritual Counseling is a collective of body- and mindfulness-based coaches and therapists. We work at the intersection of spirituality and the nervous system.

We offer body-based contemplative counseling, specifically focused on the nervous system; here-and-now awareness; and relationships to ourselves, others, and the natural world, to unwind old patterns from the bottom up, leading to more energy, empowerment, and intimacy.

We offer somatic therapy, trauma integration, embodied couples counseling, holistic healing, and psychedelic/cathartic integration.
