 Hello! Searching for a therapist is a brave action and I encourage you to find the right fit!  In my private practice I work with individual adults, adolescents and couples.  My training in Somatic Experiencing and Attachment has brought a perspective that has helped me change the lives of my clients. I work with my clients as they learn to understand their body responses as they may relate to any trauma whether it is from a recent incident or from childhood. We work to create healing from the trauma which can improve their life force energy, relationships and job satisfaction. I offer a free 30-minute session by phone or in person to help ensure we would be a good fit. My office is just South of Denver, conveniently located along I-25 and next to the Orchard light rail station. I look forward to meeting you!
