"Body-Centered Therapies", working primarily with trauma resolution both with SE practices & with Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy. The main focal point is to help mobilize the natural energy forces in the body so to self-regulate & correct from within. Through the use of dialogue & the wisdom of the body, traumatic forces can soften & release.
CranioSacral uses a gentle touch, and I always negotiate this with you so that you feel safely met. Our way of being, both with ourselves and others, can have a positive shift as we explore the right kind of support. Both practices aid in the release and completion of activation in the nervous system. Then, you can settle more deeply into your centered presence, your ground of being, while re-claiming more of your inherent energy, and the empowerment this can bring forth.
