Lindsey Montgomery

After receiving a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2009 from A&M University, Lindsey began her career as a mental health professional in 2010. In addition, Lindsey is a SEP, EMDR Certified, and DARe Trained.

Because every person's experience is different, Lindsey utilizes an individualized approach to aid clients in their goals toward healing.  Lindsey works from an integrative perspective and relies on a range of techniques, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, DARe, Ego State, attachment, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral and cognitive processing.

Lindsey is also approved for SE student sessions at the beginning level and offers a student discount rate of $120.
