I approach therapy from a polyvagal informed, psychodynamic foundation. Based upon individual needs, I incorporate somatic experiencing® (SE), parts work, depth work, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), safe and sound protocol (SSP) & ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). Neuroaffective touch® techniques can be utilized as a supportive adjunct in SE sessions. I work relationally with an integrative style, striving to help people become more conscious of latent processes and tap back into inherent resources.
