I am Ranpreet Anthony, a neurodivergent Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) with over twenty years of experience in the mental health field. I am in awe of the human body’s capacity for self-healing. I specialize in supporting autistic and ADHD individuals as they navigate the daily challenges of living in a neurotypical world.

Individualized Trauma Therapy

As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder-Informed Professional (ASDI), I offer online Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) and autism-informed mental health coaching sessions to clients worldwide. My approach centers on the individual and is tailored to their unique needs, drawing from theoretical orientations such as DBT and reality therapy. I assist those recovering from daily anxiety, developmental trauma, and PTSD.

I utilize evidence-based methods that teach a comprehensive set of SE self-regulation tools for long-term personal application. I specialize in short-term somatic services for individuals with recent or acute concerns, as well as for clients who are newly diagnosed or identify themselves as autistic. Clients typically see me for an average of 3-6 months with short-term goals of self-regulation, while those healing from developmental trauma may continue for years, depending on their treatment objectives.

We process new information by building resources, navigating grief and other emotions, and developing tools to support the nervous system. We explore methods to unmask, manage stress, enhance self-stimulatory (stimming) behaviors, and improve executive functioning.
