SE™ INTERNATIONAL PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY

Ranpreet Anthony

SEP, ASDI, CMHC Graduate Student

I am Ranpreet Anthony, a neurodivergent Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) with over twenty years of experience in the mental health field. I am in awe of the human body’s capacity for self-healing. I specialize in supporting autistic and ADHD individuals as they navigate the daily challenges of living in a neurotypical world.

Individualized Trauma Therapy

As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder-Informed Professional (ASDI), I offer online Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) sessions to clients worldwide. My approach centers on the individual and is tailored to their unique needs, drawing from theoretical orientations such as DBT and reality therapy. I support those recovering from daily anxiety, developmental trauma, and PTSD.

I provide autism-informed mental health coaching that introduces Somatic Experiencing® and teaches a comprehensive set of SE self-regulation tools for long-term personal use. Mental health coaching sessions are ideally suited for individuals with recent or acute concerns, as well as for clients who are newly diagnosed or self-identified as autistic.

We process new information by building resources, navigating grief and other emotions, and developing tools to support your nervous system. We explore methods to unmask, manage stress, enhance self-stimulatory (stimming) behaviors, and improve executive functioning.

My Areas of Interest

  • Autism
  • ADHD and AuDHD
  • Developmental Trauma
  • Complex PTSD
  • Sexual Abuse
  • Life Transitions
  • Anxiety
  • Highly Sensitive Person

My professional development in this field is rooted in nervous system physiology, polyvagal theory, neurodivergent conditions, and Eastern medicine. Diagnosed with autism in late adulthood, I have a deep passion for the intersection of trauma and neurodivergent conditions.

Somatic Experiencing® has been an invaluable resource for assisting my nervous system in managing daily activation while navigating a neurotypical world. It acts as the "missing link" for many clients, just as it did for me.
