I have been in the mental health field for over two decades. I have an extensive background in mindfulness practice, have an undergraduate degree in Buddhist Psychology and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
I have extensive training in trauma from a SE perspective, as well as a "parts" orientation (some Internal Family Systems, Structural Dissociation, etc), and do EMDR, an evidence-based modality that is very helpful in resolving traumatic memory. I work holistically; incorporating my extensive training into a relational model. My style is warm, dynamic, creative and engaging. I have lived overseas for a good chunk of my life and came from a multilingual and artistic household. I love working with veterans, creative people, couples (including those navigating open relationships), parents and men looking for guidance. I look forward to connecting with you!
